Dawar Consulting, Inc. seeks a Labeling Project Manager for a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences. This fully remote, long-term contract role offers $55-$61/hr on W2 (DOE) and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will oversee end-to-end labeling workflows, coordinate artwork updates, track timelines, and ensure compliant labeling changes in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology labeling or related ops.
• Experience managing labeling workflows and artwork reviews.
• Proficient with Veeva Vault or similar systems.
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat for proofreading and reviews.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end labeling projects from initiation to final approval.
• Coordinate artwork reviews, proof revisions, and final approvals.
• Route and manage labeling workflows using Veeva Vault or similar systems.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Packaging, and vendors.
• Review proofs and perform proofreading using Acrobat/GlobalVision.
• Track timelines, milestones, and approvals across projects.
• Support label changes, including phase-in/phase-out activities.
