Job summary
Farmers Insurance & JC Bravo Insurance Agency LLC San Diego (Old Town) seeks a motivated Commercial Insurance Sales Producer to develop and acquire new commercial clients in San Diego and surrounding areas. You will market a full product portfolio through Farmers Insurance and an outside broker network to address client risk and coverage needs.
The role offers base pay plus commissions with potential to earn $90K+ annually.
Qualifications
- Active P&C license is required.
- Experience in commercial insurance sales.
- Strong prospecting, networking and relationship-building skills.
- Spanish/English bilingual is a plus.
- Driven, organized, and self-motivated.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients to drive high client retention and product loyalty.
- Provide ongoing support and service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Prospect and secure new business by leveraging referrals, networking, marketing initiatives, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Educate clients on commercial insurance solutions tailored to meet their needs and business objectives.
- Cultivate professional networks by developing relationships with business owners, CPAs, attorneys, and local business organizations.
