Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field; 7+ years sales/commercial experience.
• Proven success leading teams, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving growth in a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and commercialize new business, with strong North American relationships across processors, OEMs, suppliers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
• Strong strategic and cross-functional leadership including market/competitive analysis, value selling, negotiation, pipeline management, and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build a market-back view of North American white-space opportunities and prioritize actions.
• Explore existing adjacencies and emerging spaces with initial emphasis on electronics, wire and cable, consumer durables, energy, infrastructure, defense, and specialty industrial applications.
• Assess competitors, material suppliers, processors, OEMs, and channel partners to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities.
• Develop a capable team to originate and advance qualified opportunities and drive commercial and technical qualification.
• Create repeatable growth platforms with segment thesis, target accounts, value proposition, and channel strategy.
