Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, ag business preferred; will consider communications, business administration
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central liaison between Marketing, Licensing, GTS, and Product Management to align priorities and timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional commercial initiatives, product launches, and partner programs
• Review and approve licensee packaging and labeling to ensure brand and technical compliance
• Monitor licensee packaging in market and maintain compliance records and issue tracking
• Manage tracer reporting and coordinate brand protection efforts
• Support onboarding of licensees and commercial partners with documentation and communications
• Coordinate variety sampling programs including sample requests, distribution, and feedback
• Manage Showpad platform content organization, access, and adoption support
• Coordinate development and maintenance of technical guidelines and commercial resources
• Maintain centralized databases for licenses, customers, distributors, varieties, and internal contacts
• Ensure information and materials are current and accessible to stakeholders
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and follow-up actions for accountability
• Develop reports on licensing activities, compliance, samples, and commercialization metrics
• Monitor milestones and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes and information sharing
• Support trade shows, customer engagements, and product showcases through materials and samples
• Promote brand integrity and standardized commercial practices across channels
