Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Remote Commercial Drywall Estimator with experience in On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and Quick Bid software. This position plays a vital role in accurately preparing detailed estimates for commercial drywall projects, ensuring competitiveness and profitability while working independently from a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed and accurate material and labor cost estimates for commercial drywall, metal framing, insulation, and acoustical ceiling systemsUtilize On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid to perform digital takeoffs and generate complete bid proposalsAnalyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimatesCoordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather pricing and project informationTrack and manage bids from initial inquiry through project awardMaintain and update historical cost databases and pricing toolsAttend virtual meetings and participate in bid reviews when necessaryIdentify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

Requirements
