Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Director of Commercial Compliance to partner with U.S. pharmaceutical and biosimilar commercialization. You will lead a risk-based framework, advise senior leaders, and ensure compliant execution across activities while coordinating with third parties.

You will develop compliance policies, governance, training, and escalation standards, protecting independence and managing conflicts of interest across commercial programs. Remote-USA role with national scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or compliance; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical or life-sciences compliance with US commercial focus.
• Experience building/enhancing a pharmaceutical commercial compliance program.

Responsibilities

• Lead a risk-based commercial compliance strategy aligned with commercialization priorities and business growth.
• Advise senior leaders on pharmaceutical promotion, HCP and patient interactions, patient-support programs, Medical Affairs independence, pricing and market access.
• Develop and operationalize compliance policies, governance, training, certifications, guidance, documentation, and escalation standards.
