Qualifications

• 2+ years handling Commercial Auto & General Liability claims.
• Strong understanding of claims handling practices, coverage analysis, and litigation management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical Policy Analysis: Review policies to determine liability and exposure.
• Comprehensive Claims Management: Investigate and evaluate Auto, PIP, and GL claims to ensure quality outcomes.
• Litigation Oversight: Coordinate with outside investigators, legal counsel, and vendors.
• Financial Management: Assess total claims exposure and maintain reserves.
• Negotiation & Settlement: Develop and execute settlement strategies.
• Strategic Reporting: Prepare loss reports summarizing liability, damages, and coverage.
• Recovery Initiatives: Identify subrogation opportunities.
• Professional Communication: Provide elite service and transparent stakeholder communication.
