Qualifications

• Member in good standing of the Maryland Bar.
• 3+ years of legal experience, preferably in collections or civil litigation.
• Strong knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned collection cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
