Job summary
Catawiki is seeking a highly commercial, market-driven coins and bars expert to own the bars and coins auctions and drive growth across our global marketplace. You’ll read the market, react quickly to opportunities, and negotiate with dealers and collectors to maximize revenue.
This 100% remote role in Europe offers access to a global network of dealers, mints, banks, and collectors, with ambitious commercial targets and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Expert in modern coins, bullion, and precious metals with pricing knowledge.
- Commercial experience in buying, selling, or trading coins in fast-moving markets.
- Active follow-up of precious metals markets and quick, informed decision making.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow bars and coins auctions.
- Read market signals, monitor spot prices, and adjust strategies.
- Negotiate to maximize revenue while maintaining buyer trust.
- Build and activate a strong network of dealers, traders, banks, and collectors.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive growth and campaigns.
- Analyze auction performance and buyer behavior to optimize submissions.
