Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive cognitive assessments and document baseline cognitive profiles.
• Develop personalized cognitive remediation treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Use structured interventions (computer-based and therapist-led) to improve cognitive skills.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as appropriate.
• Provide education, support, and counseling to patients and caregivers about goals and cognitive health strategies.
• Collaborate with neurologists and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and adhere to HIPAA and clinic quality standards.
