Baptist Health’s Digital Solutions Center seeks a Cogito Project Manager for Enterprise Data Analytics who will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage Epic Cogito initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of dashboards and reports. Remote eligibility supports collaboration with BI developers, analysts, and leaders.

The role emphasizes agile governance, requirements gathering, and ongoing process improvement to deliver high‑quality analytics solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Epic Cogito projects from initiation to completion.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain project plans and reports.
• Experience utilizing and improving Agile methodologies within Cogito or analytics teams.
• Experience coordinating project teams, monitoring progress, and managing stakeholder input and action items.
• Experience developing and supporting dashboards, reports, and SQL-based reporting and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, governance and project management for the Cogito analytics team.
• Provide weekly updates to Director of Data Analytics on completed work, barriers, and planned activities.
• Lead Epic Cogito projects from initiation through completion, tracking deliverables and stakeholder input.
• Maintain required Epic certifications for Cogito and Cogito Project Manager.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, timelines, documentation, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Utilize and improve Agile methodologies and processes within Cogito or analytics project teams.
• Work with stakeholders for requirements gathering, development, implementation, and optimization on Epic Cogito tools.
• Understand and scope build for dashboards, reports, and SQL-based reporting and analytics solutions.
