Job summary

Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn and we’re seeking experienced Coding & Computer Science Instructors to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction nationwide.

Work remotely with flexible hours, tailor lessons to each student’s level, and track progress while communicating milestones to families. You’ll handle diverse assignments across Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, HTML/CSS, Scratch, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience working with students who have education needs.
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
• Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing and digital whiteboards.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student’s coding experience and learning profile.
• Create structured lesson plans aligned with student goals for various levels, from beginners to AP/Principles level.
• Adapt instruction in real time using live code-sharing and pair-programming to troubleshoot and teach concepts.
• Track student project progress and communicate with families or school partners about mastery and milestones.
