Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn, and we're looking for experienced Coding & Computer Science Instructors to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students across the country. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience working with students who have education needs.
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
• Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing and digital whiteboards.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's coding experience, logic building skills, and learning profile.
• Create structured lesson plans that align with student goals, from foundational logic to AP CS prep or advanced projects.
• Adapt instruction in real time using live code-sharing and interactive pair-programming to troubleshoot errors and teach concepts.
• Track student project progress and communicate with families or school partners regarding mastery and milestones.
