Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Specialist, Codes & Standards - State Adoption to support standards initiatives and technical training for the ARS business. This remote role is based near various locations including Pittsburgh, NC, and Atlanta.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree, possess relevant experience in technical marketing, and have strong communication skills. Responsibilities include code adoption support and managing marketing communications.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in technical marketing, engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in electrical industry/products.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support Standards initiatives and technical training for Eaton's ARS.
• Coordinate activity with Government Relations team.
• Manage marketing communications and publications.

Skills

Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships

Aptitude for supporting multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent presentation skills and public speaking experience

Ability to work effectively in team environment and independently

Education

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing or related

MBA or related advanced degree
