Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking an Electrical Safety & Compliance Specialist (SRP) to lead the site electrical safety program at the Arden, NC facility. The role focuses on compliance with OSHA 1910 CFR, NFPA 70E, and Eaton standards, driving risk reduction through safety projects and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Occupational Safety, or related field.
• Or an Associate’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience.
• Minimum five years in electrical safety, electrical testing, or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with OSHA 1910 CFR, NFPA 70E, ESWP.
• Willing to relocate to Asheville, NC.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site electrical safety program in full compliance with OSHA 1910 CFR and NFPA 70E.
• Develop and implement electrical safety improvement plans and projects.
• Manage electrical safety projects from concept through completion and sustain actions.
• Administer the QEW PPE program and coordinate training initiatives.
• Partner with engineering, maintenance, and EHS to ensure safe equipment and practices.
