Noir is seeking a Co-Founder & CTO to lead the technology of a luxury-focused AI startup. You will own the architecture, set the engineering strategy, and build the founding team while guiding the product from concept toward market-ready solutions.

This remote USA role offers significant equity and the chance to shape data platforms, LLM/AI systems, security, and cloud infrastructure in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in building and deploying sophisticated AI systems in production, including LLMs and RAG pipelines.
• Architectural expertise to create secure, scalable enterprise-grade platforms.
• Strong hands-on engineering with ability to write/review code while guiding tech direction.
• Deep knowledge of data infrastructure, retrieval systems, cloud architecture, and AI at scale.
• Vision to recruit and lead a founding engineering team.
• Entrepreneurial drive to move quickly and own technology.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology stack and architecture from day one.
• Build and lead the engineering team as a founder.
• Define security, reliability, and data governance for the platform.
• Shape product roadmap and technical strategy in collaboration with the team.
• Drive rapid iteration to deliver market-leading AI capabilities.
