Noir Consulting is seeking a Co-Founder & CTO for a USA-remote AI startup. You will own the entire technology function, architect a secure, scalable platform, and build your own engineering team while receiving meaningful founder equity. You’ll lead in a high-impact, fast-moving environment focused on AI-driven luxury market insights.

You will recruit, shape engineering culture, and make critical architectural decisions to deliver an enterprise-grade product with real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building AI systems in production.
• Architectural expertise for secure, scalable platforms customers can trust with valuable data.
• Hands-on engineering with ability to write and review code while guiding technical direction.
• Deep knowledge of data infrastructure, retrieval systems, cloud architecture and AI at scale.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of architecture and technical vision from day one.
• Strengthen security, reliability and scalability of the platform.
• Build and lead the founding engineering team and culture.
• Expand product capabilities and deepen proprietary data advantages.
• Collaborate with founders to move quickly and own the technology stack.
