Red Sky is seeking a CEO & Co-founder for a remote EU-based robotics startup. This hands-on founder role shapes the product vision and business strategy, defines the market approach, and builds the company’s foundations from the ground up.

You will co-manage operations, develop the product offering in robotics and automation, identify opportunities, and lead a small high-performing team. Equity and high autonomy accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in startups or technology companies.
• 3+ years of experience with robotics technologies.
• Proven track record building products, projects, or ventures from scratch.
• Strong understanding of technology trends and business development strategies.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to build and scale new ventures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-uncertainty startup environments.
• Experience with project management and process design.
• Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written).
