Job summary

BuildShare Development Capital Inc (BuildShare.ai) seeks a visionary Head of Robotics to lead the robotics arm as a co-founder and partner. This remote, worldwide role offers equity ownership and day-one salary, with minimum four hours daily commitment.

You will own the robotics vision, IP, and team; design and prototype the micro-manufacturing system; and scale operations across partner GC networks. Early-career candidates are welcome to apply and contribute immediately.

Qualifications

• Hands-on robotics experience and demonstrated leadership.
• Ability to own and drive IP development and productization.
• Strong communication skills for investor interactions.
• Comfort presenting technical work on camera and to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead BuildShare's robotics area end to end as CEO of robotics.
• Own and grow robotics IP, automation, and production workflows.
• Design, prototype, and test the micro-manufacturing system for scale.
• Turn the system into a repeatable package for GC partners in multiple states.
• Build and lead the robotics team including students and partners.
• Be the public face of BuildShare robotics for demos, videos and investor meetings.
