Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking field-based Medical Science Liaisons to support prelaunch and launch activities.

You will build trusted relationships with investigators and KOLs, translate clinical data into meaningful insights, and educate healthcare professionals on disease state and emerging data. Working cross-functionally with Medical, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Commercial teams, you will shape field strategy in a fast-moving launch environment and travel 60-80% to

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or RN).
• Experience in medical affairs, clinical research, clinical care, or field-based roles within biotech/pharma.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific data with clarity to diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively (60-80%) in a field-based role.
• Experience in neurology or CNS disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary field-based scientific partner to investigators and key stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality scientific exchange on disease state and clinical data.
• Educate clinical sites and healthcare providers for launch readiness.
• Proactively gather and communicate field insights to inform strategy.
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders to support engagement strategies.
• Partner with Medical, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Commercial teams to align on field strategy.
• Represent Praxis at scientific congresses and advisory engagements.
• Maintain deep expertise in CNS/neurology to inform field strategy.
• Ensure all field activities comply with regulatory requirements and Praxis SOPs.
