Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a CNC Operator II to run both manual and CNC machines, producing small to medium parts per precise specifications on a busy shop floor.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator with 2-3 years of CNC machining experience.
• Proficient in machine setup, tool changes, offsets, and program adjustments.
• Knowledge of G-code programming is a plus.
• Strong understanding of machining principles and CNC machine operation.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operates CNC machines to produce production parts and assemblies.
• Operates manual machines such as saws, mills, and lathes.
• Positions parts in specified locations using a variety of fastening devices.
• Uses precision measuring tools to verify dimensions.
• Reports defects and process issues to the lead and documents results.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area and adheres to safety regulations.
