Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; PMP or equivalent certification a plus.
• 5-8+ years of relevant experience in project or program management, with CMC or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong proficiency with planning tools like Smartsheet or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills; ability to influence without authority.
• Remote position with periodic travel, supporting a lean, fast-paced biotech team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated CMC timelines, ensuring alignment with clinical and regulatory milestones.
• Own CMC meeting cadence, track action items, and maintain a single source of truth for deliverables.
• Coordinate CDMO/CMO activities, budget tracking, and support regulatory submission timelines.
