The ideal candidate holds CMA certification with 3+ years of CMA experience, excels in customer service, and can work independently in a fully remote contract role based from Hoffman Estates, IL.

Qualifications

• Active CMA certification from AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT.
• Minimum of 3 years of CMA experience.
• Strong customer service skills in a remote setting.
• Proficient with telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time remotely.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy and able to work with computers independently.
