You will support virtual care and collaborate with a dedicated team to improve patient outcomes across our communities. The role offers an up to $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities include patient care and administrative tasks under supervision of the physician/NP/PA. Requires High School Diploma, BLS within 90 days, and CMA or EMT-Basic certification.
