Job summary

AttainX, Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator II to administer cloud-hosted systems supporting OBP mission applications. The role ensures reliability, security, capacity, and performance across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments.

A DHS background investigation and US citizenship are required. The candidate will configure, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud systems, manage access controls, and implement patching and security updates within defined timelines.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of related systems administration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience configuring and maintaining cloud-hosted systems, OS, and services.
• Experience with account administration, access controls, patching, log analysis, backup and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud-hosted mission systems across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
• Install and update software; manage user accounts and access controls.
• Implement change and patch management and vulnerability remediation within timelines.
• Monitor system health and investigate incidents with Government personnel.
• Provision and scale cloud resources to handle demand and traffic spikes.
