The ideal candidate has deep cloud expertise, distributed system experience, and strong leadership skills to mentor engineers while working in a fully remote setup with a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development and systems architecture experience.
• Master's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and IaC.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure cloud-based solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Define architectural standards, patterns and guidelines for development teams.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance the platform's capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Oversee the implementation of architectural designs and ensure adherence to specs.
