Job summary

Park National Corporation is seeking an experienced endpoint management professional to design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Intune, Azure, and VDI/DaaS solutions. You will automate remediation, monitor security, and support OS upgrades and device lifecycle initiatives.

The role requires Azure Admin/VDI certifications or the ability to obtain them, strong PowerShell scripting, and collaboration across teams to ensure compliant, high‑performing endpoints.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in information technology related field or equivalent work experience.
• Microsoft-certified Azure Administrator Associate or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty or 365 Fundamentals/Administrator certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize endpoint computing solutions using Intune, Azure, and VDI/DaaS.
• Develop automation for self-healing and remediation to improve endpoint health and security.
• Monitor endpoint performance and security, and respond to incidents.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for device lifecycle, OS upgrades, and modernization.
• Document endpoints technologies and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Configure and maintain endpoint policies via Intune, Group Policy, and MECM/SCCM.
• Create technical documentation and SOPs for consistent support.
• Handle vulnerability and threat management tasks with automation.
• Provide Tier 3 support and collaborate with vendors and business partners.
