Job summary

Inherent Technologies, Inc. in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer for a 1-year remote position. The role focuses on onboarding customers, securing TLS certificates, and automating via Terraform and GitLab CI.

You will configure API Gateways, manage secrets, and ensure reliable deployment pipelines across AWS and Azure platforms. The ideal candidate has AWS and Terraform experience, with preferred AWS Developer Associate and Terraform Associate certifications.

Qualifications

• AWS Certified Developer Associate preferred.
• Terraform Associate certification is a plus.
• Azure AI or Azure Fundamentals certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage DNS and CNAME requests for new customer implementations.
• Coordinate and configure externally facing SSL/TLS certificates using DigiCert.
• Configure webchat environments using Terraform-based automation.
• Ensure onboarding activities are completed securely with minimal manual intervention.
• Create and maintain API Gateway integrations, including Robin on Teams.
• Manage secrets securely using AWS Secrets Manager.
• Configure and maintain AWS WAF policies and Application Load Balancer updates.
• Support CloudFront and S3 configurations for web content delivery.
• Assist with AWS Lambda and ECS-based deployments.
• Build and maintain GitLab CI pipelines for deployment.
• Use Docker for containerized packaging and runtime consistency.
• Develop Terraform scripts for infrastructure provisioning.
