Job summary

InfusionPoints, LLC is seeking engineers to maintain customer federal general support systems on AWS and Azure infrastructure, with focus on automation, reliability, and secure operations. Location can be remote or northwestern North Carolina. Responsibilities include maintaining cloud infrastructure, building CI/CD pipelines, and on-call support for high-priority incidents.

Ideal candidates have experience with Azure/AWS, Windows/Linux hardening, and automation tools; U.S. citizens only.

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure and security.
• Windows/Linux OS hardening across multiple distros.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• On-call support in secured environments.
• US citizen required.
• BS in CS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a general support system on AWS/Azure.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Administer systems for CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure for next-generation cloud SaaS platforms.
• Participate in on-call shifts.
• Contribute to post-mortems and reliability improvements.
