Qualifications

• Extensive data warehousing, ETL development, and enterprise data integration experience.
• Hands-on SAS, PySpark, and AWS Glue expertise.
• Proven leadership of cloud data migration and modernization programs.
• Strong AWS expertise (S3, Glue, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, Athena).
• Advanced SQL, data modeling, and data transformation skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment, planning, and migration of SAS programs and ETL workflows to AWS.
• Define migration strategies and best practices for SAS to PySpark and Glue.
• Collaborate with architects to design cloud data lake and integration architectures.
• Establish data validation, reconciliation, and quality frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership and governance to data teams throughout migration.
