First Citizens Bank is seeking a Data Engineer II to join our Data Platform Engineering Organization. This is a remote role with priority to Raleigh, North Carolina, Phoenix, AZ and Dallas, TX, to help build scalable cloud-based data solutions for analytics and decision-making.

You will design and support data pipelines using AWS, Snowflake, dbt, Python and SQL, implement data quality controls, and collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver data products.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2 years in data engineering or related field.
• Experience with cloud data platforms, data warehousing, ETL/ELT development.
• Strong Python and SQL skills and knowledge of dbt and Airflow.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and data quality testing.

Mansioni

• Design, build, and support scalable data pipelines in AWS and Snowflake.
• Develop data warehouse solutions and ETL/ELT processes for BI.
• Implement data quality validations and tests (dbt tests).
• Support orchestration, monitoring, and production operations with Airflow.
