Job summary

System Six is a fully remote bookkeeping firm delivering cloud-based services to clients nationwide. The Cloud Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including invoicing, payroll, reconciliations, and journal entries across multiple clients.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience, proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Bill.com or Ramp, and payroll software such as Gusto. Remote role with flexible daytime hours and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience with day-to-day transactional coding, reconciling, AP processing, AR, payroll processing, month-end close, journal entries, financial reporting.
• 2+ years in: QBO, Bill.com or Ramp, Gusto or other payroll software; familiarity with Karbon and Double.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping operations for multiple clients.
• Process invoicing, payroll, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Organize tasks in Karbon and manage work across clients.
• Interact with clients occasionally to clarify information.
