Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Freelance CLO 3D Designer to help develop and fit-correct patterns, render images for concept and presentation, and support design teams across projects.

You will work remotely, using CLO daily to reduce sampling and drive end-to-end design of apparel and accessories, ensuring accurate proportions and textures while collaborating with designers and tech teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in fashion industry using CLO daily.
• Strong pattern making, rendering, and print layout knowledge.
• Tech savvy and quick to adapt to new software.
• Creative, curious, and driven; able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Remote position but must attend virtual style handoff meetings.

Responsibilities

• Reduce physical sampling using CLO software.
• End-to-end design execution of apparel and accessories in CLO.
• Ensure proportion accuracy and learn costumes.
• Assist tech team to develop and adjust patterns in CLO.
• Assist design team to apply textures, prints, top stitches, trims in CLO.
• Share CLO files and patterns within Clo-Set.
• Support troubleshooting for designers and tech designers when needed.
