Job summary

FUJIFILM Sonosite is seeking a Clinical Specialist. The role covers clinical need assessment, product demos, and post-sale customer success in a remote US territory. You will train customers, support sales goals, and travel up to 90% to client sites.

Qualified candidates hold a 2-year ultrasound degree with RDMS/RDCS/RVT credentials and at least three years in diagnostic ultrasound. Strong communication and organization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree from an accredited ultrasound teaching institution.
• RDMS in Abdomen/OB GYN, RDCS, or RVT.
• At least three years’ experience in diagnostic ultrasound.
• Experience prioritizing multiple requirements and managing tasks.
• Ability to align clinical and business needs with FUJIFILM Sonosite
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requests

Responsibilities

• Partner with Territory Manager to understand clinical needs and close deals.
• Support attainment of territory sales goals and KPIs.
• Implement and train customers on FUJIFILM Sonosite products.
• Own post-sale activities and drive customer adoption.
• Maintain presence and relationships at installed base sites.
• Demonstrate product value to users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales to demonstrate products in the field.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and escalate to Territory Manager
