Job summary

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Supervisor Clinical Trials Scientific Affairs Pre Award to lead the daily operations of the team, ensuring timely RFP reviews and determination of testing requirements. You will serve as a subject matter expert and partner with Commercial, Operational and Scientific teams to advance ACM business objectives.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, performance management, cross-functional process improvements, and maintaining relationships with referral

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist.
• At least 5 years of laboratory experience in clinical or regulated settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily team performance, priorities, and metrics.
• Oversee day-to-day workload and staffing needs.
• Hire, coach, develop and review direct reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional process improvements to boost operations.
• Maintain high-performing culture with onboarding and education.
• Provide training plans and mentorship with performance feedback.
• Coordinate with HR on talent management and policy compliance.
• Interface with labs to ensure timely testing and proposals.
• Prepare pricing docs and maintain ACM-referral lab relationships.
• Deliver scientific information for client RFPs/RFIs.
