Job summary

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Clinical Trials Project Manager to liaise with ACM Global Central Laboratory clients and internal teams, ensuring trials align with the Global Laboratory Specification Document. This remote role requires coordinating start-up, maintenance and close-out activities across multiple protocols.

You will manage client communications, protocol setup support, and quarterly budget reviews while traveling to investigator meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years project management experience.
• Experience working in a clinical trial, laboratory or healthcare setting.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represents ACM as the client's primary contact, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• After training, manage 10 to 25 protocols, with contract values over $3,000,000 and 120+ PM hours per month.
• Review clinical protocols and assist with protocol set-up functions.
• Develops the Global Laboratory Specification Document, Investigator Manual, and protocol-specific Global Work Practice Instructions.
• Participates in Quality Audits and inspections per policy and regulatory guidance.
• Evaluates monthly project metrics and performs monthly budget review.
• Conducts investigator training sessions and may travel for meetings.
• Travel to client events and ACM international locations as needed.
• Ensure study conduct meets client goals and timelines; troubleshoot as needed.
• Assume On-Call coverage duties as assigned.
