Job summary

Caribou Biosciences, Inc. seeks a Clinical Trial Manager to drive operational execution for global trials in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee study start-up, site qualification, monitoring, data quality, and trials close-out, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements. The CTM will report to the Director of Clinical Operations and may be onsite, hybrid, or remote, with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in life sciences with 4+ years in Clinical Operations (MS adds required 4+ years).
• 3+ years of Sponsor Clinical Trial Management experience.
• Experience supporting global Phase III clinical trials.
• Cell therapy or Oncology experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA and global regs.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational activities for all phases of clinical studies (startup to close-out).
• Oversee site and vendor identification, qualification, and oversight.
• Develop operational tools, timelines, trackers, and communications.
• Monitor trial risks and ensure quality/compliance across activities.
• Maintain TMF completeness and inspection readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
