The CTA will assist with study drug release, training materials, and investigator meetings, while maintaining training records and study contacts. Relevant experience in clinical research or regulatory affairs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a 2-year clinical research background or equivalent.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and FDA regulations preferred.
• Prior CTA experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Operations to ensure studies run on time and within budget.
• Archive and organize trial master files and site documents.
• Assist with regulatory document templates, study materials, and training content.
• Coordinate investigator meetings and communications with sites.
• Monitor study progress and help prepare data listings and reports.
• Enter data into clinical tracking systems per project requirements.
