Job summary

Evolution Research Group is seeking a Clinical Trials Assistant (CTA) to support Clinical Operations in keeping studies on track, on time, and compliant with SOPs, FDA regulations and ICH/GCP guidelines. The CTA will organize and archive trial master file documents, generate filing indexes, and maintain current correspondence lists.

This remote role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across sites and vendors.

Qualifications

• BS/BA preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical research experience; CTA experience preferred but not required.
• General knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Archive and organize clinical trial master file documents and generate filing indexes.
• Assist with regulatory packets, study drug release, and essential document management.
• Prepare training materials and assist in investigator meeting planning.
• Provide support for study progress tracking and data review at CRF/data table levels.
• Coordinate communication with sites, vendors, and team members; assist with study meetings.
