US Oncology Inc. seeks an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join the team supporting the Research Clinical Trials Department in Richardson, Texas.

This full-time remote position involves accurate collections, reconciliations, and collaborating with physician practices and management to ensure timely reimbursements. The role requires at least 2 years of A/R experience and proficiency with MS Office; the ideal candidate will understand healthcare regulatory standards and strive for efficient cash

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree + Four (4) years of related work experience.
• Eight (8) years of related work experience.
• At least two (2) additional years of A/R experience required.
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate and timely collections of all receivables and optimal reimbursement.
• Performs revenue and Accounts Receivable reconciliation.
• Maintains working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to duties; communicates standards to employees.
• Maintains frequent contact with internal and external customers to address payment issues.
• Establishes credit limits after review of practice financial statements and metric ratios.
• Other duties as assigned, may coordinate facilities and office management functions including payroll.
