Job summary

Tyra Biosciences, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to lead the UTUC trial from start-up to close-out, overseeing CROs, study vendors and clinical sites.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and regulatory compliance with ICH/GCP, FDA requirements and internal SOPs.

This remote-friendly role includes coordinating TMF, budgets, audits, and cross‑functional activities to achieve enrollment, data quality and study milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences with 6–8 years in clinical trial support
• 1–2 years in CTM role preferred with extensive CRO/vendor oversight
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP and FDA regulations
• Proficiency with MS Office and clinical systems (CTMS/EDC/eTMF)

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end UTUC trial execution from protocol concept to CSR
• Oversee CROs, vendors and sites to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Coordinate TMF reviews and audits, and ensure inspection readiness
• Assist in study setup, regulatory submissions and training materials
• Monitor study metrics and drive cross-functional project activities
• Communicate effectively with study team and leadership
