Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Clinical Trial Liaison to support two Phase III studies. This remote role includes travel and a 12-month contract with a 40-hour work week.

You will engage investigators, sites, and networks to accelerate enrollment, provide protocol education, and address barriers to study completion. Collaborate with sponsor and study partners, ensuring compliance with protocol and regulations while delivering timely insights and materials.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trials and coordinating with investigators and study teams.
• Ability to explain protocols, eligibility criteria and study procedures clearly.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate enrollment and support retention for Phase III studies.
• Strengthen relationships with investigators and site staff.
• Identify and address site-specific barriers with Sponsor functions.
• Submit insights to Sponsor-designated systems within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant engagement within protocol requirements.
