Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is hiring Clinical Trial Liaison x2-3 for a remote role with travel, on a 12-month, 40-hour week contract. You will collaborate with Sponsor teams to accelerate enrollment for two Phase III studies and ensure protocol adherence across sites.

The position emphasizes cross-functional engagement with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs and Patient Advocacy, with a focus on investigator education and site readiness.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate enrollment and support retention of two Phase III studies.
• Improve investigator and site staff understanding of disease biology, study rationale, protocol requirements, eligibility criteria, and study procedures.
• Identify and address site-specific recruitment, referral, and operational barriers in partnership with the Sponsor functions.
• Strengthen relationships with investigators, research staff, and referral networks.
• Identify additional qualified sites and referral centers when requested by the Sponsor.
• Generate timely, structured insights informing study execution and recruitment strategy.
