Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Clinical Trial Liaison to support two Phase III studies remotely with travel. This contract role requires collaboration across Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Patient Advocacy, and sponsor teams to ensure compliant study execution.

You will help educate investigators, identify sites, and facilitate enrollment while maintaining sponsor-approved processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate enrollment and support retention of two Phase III studies.
• Improve investigator and site staff understanding of disease biology, study rationale, protocol requirements, eligibility criteria, and study procedures.
• Identify and address site-specific recruitment, referral, and operational barriers in partnership with Sponsor functions.
• Strengthen relationships with investigators, research staff, and relevant referral networks through sustained, high-quality engagement.
• Identify additional qualified sites and referral centers when requested by the Sponsor.
• Generate timely, structured insights that inform study execution, recruitment strategy, and broader pipeline planning.
• Maintain a Sponsor-approved cadence of engagement with assigned investigators and site personnel.
• Identify recruitment and retention barriers and facilitate development of site-specific mitigation plans with the appropriate Sponsor team.
