Job summary

Emerald Clinical Trials is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our U.S. team. This home‑based role leads global and regional trials across multiple therapeutic areas, with a strong focus on renal research. The ideal candidate has trial management and leadership experience, plus solid GCP and FDA regulatory knowledge.

You will mentor CRAs and site staff, manage timelines and budgets, collaborate with sponsors and investigators, and travel up to 20% as required.

Qualifications

• Renal experience and clinical trial leadership are required.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and FDA regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple trials, timelines, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical trials from start-up to close-out.
• Lead site selection and feasibility assessments with CRAs and investigators.
• Manage study timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring protocol adherence and data integrity.
• Collaborate with sponsors, investigators, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, FDA regulations, and SOPs.
• Train and mentor CRAs and site staff.
