Job summary

Fotona, a global leader in aesthetic, medical, and dental laser technology, is seeking a licensed RN or NP based in Florida to join as Clinical Trainer for the southeastern US.

The role is remote with up to 80% travel across the United States, delivering onsite clinical training for Fotona's aesthetic/medical laser systems, partnering with Marketing and Sales, and handling clinical inquiries.

A strong emphasis on FDA compliance and high customer satisfaction guides daily activities.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Compact License in good standing.
• 2-3 years' experience in aesthetics/dermatology (med-spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery).
• Experience in Aesthetics/Lasers preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical training to Fotona customers around the United States, in accordance with Fotona-approved protocols and guidelines.
• Adhere to FDA clearances and compliance.
• Complete 6 to 8 trainings per month.
• Act as a key point of contact for medical inquiries, product protocols, and clinical applications.
• Contribute to a positive internal working environment and strong customer relationships.
• Establish trust with Fotona’s customer base and ensure high satisfaction with product lines.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and represent Fotona with integrity and professionalism.
