OB Hospitalist Group (OBHG) is hiring a Recruiting Specialist to build a high-volume pipeline of qualified clinical talent. You will source through job boards, social networks, and direct outreach, while executing strategic sourcing initiatives across regional and national markets.

You will collaborate with partners to improve recruiting processes and tools, and you will contribute to projects that enhance candidate generation and technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition support.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified clinical candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, direct outreach).
• Execute sourcing strategies to maintain a top-of-funnel candidate pipeline.
• Manage job postings and campaigns across platforms, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
