Job summary

Naropa University invites applications for a Clinical Support Professional (CSP) to assist faculty in Gestalt I: Awareness. This one-semester, 3-credit online course runs Aug 24–Dec 11, 2026, with a stipend of $225 per credit hour and an 8% FTE appointment.

The CSP will attend classes, support CANVAS/Zoom/email communications, monitor group dynamics, and liaise with the course instructor to enhance student learning while upholding Naropa's values and inclusion principles.

Qualifications

• Not currently enrolled as a Naropa student.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Understanding of Gestalt Therapy.
• Commitment to JEDI and inclusive workplace.
• Ability to work with faculty and students in online course settings.
• Appreciation for Naropa's values.

Responsibilities

• Attend class and assist with course activities.
• Facilitate limited in-class small group work.
• Monitor and assist in instruction of specific course content.
• Provide CANVAS, Zoom, and email communications support.
• Coordinate with instructor on student participation and assignments.
• Complete required trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
