Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work and LCSW licensure required.

• Experience with urban homeless youth and LGBTQIA+ populations.
• Ability to engage hard-to-reach youth and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision for Social Work staff and interns in the Bronx RHY program.
• Oversee psychological evaluations for homeless youth and residents in supportive housing.
• Develop and implement a clinical framework for screening and engagement.
• Coordinate treatment plans and ensure quality control of activities.
• Manage day-to-day operations for Bronx 24 Hour Drop-in and related contracts.
• Support staff with behavior management and crisis de-escalation as needed.
• Maintain reporting requirements and participate in regular meetings.
