Job summary

Arcadia Psychotherapy is seeking an experienced Colorado Licensed Professional Counselor to join as Clinical Supervisor and Therapist. This REMOTE, part-time W-2 role begins around January 1, 2027, with a starting ~25 hours/week and projected ~31 hours/week as supervisees grow.

The supervisor will oversee practicum students and maintain a personal caseload of ~15 clients weekly. The compensation structure includes $65/hour for supervision, $55 per completed direct session, and $35/hour for

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Colorado LPC license.
• At least 2 years holding Colorado LPC licensure.
• Experience supervising clinicians/interns/graduate students.
• Experience providing or supervising Medicaid-billed services.
• Knowledge of Medicaid documentation, medical necessity, treatment planning, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual supervision to graduate-level practicum and internship students.
• Oversee initial team of five supervisees, growing to eight.
• Review and sign clinical documentation, progress notes, assessments, and treatment plans.
• Ensure documentation and services meet Medicaid, payer, ethical, and practice requirements.
• Support supervisees with case conceptualization, treatment planning, risk assessment, crisis response, boundaries, and ethical decisions.
